Radioio now uses several forms to allow you to send us feedback, ask questions or enter into contests, and submit trouble reports.

Customer service
When writing to technical support and customer services for help, you will be asked to give your name and email along with information on your computer’s configuration and connection to the internet to help the technical support engineer diagnose, solve and answer your technical problem. This information is not stored or used for any other purpose than answering your question.

The occasional contest form
If you choose to enter a contest, we will ask for your email address to enter you into the drawing. We use this information in our drawing to select the winner of the contest. Cookies
Our site uses “cookies” that tell us how and when pages in our site and content in our service are used, and by how many people. This data is used only in an aggregate and anonymous form and allows us to know what features of our service are most popular with listeners, so we can maximize the benefits of our service for users. We also use cookies to provide you with a personalized and convenient music listening experience.

We also may provide broad statistical “ratings” information about groups of users, but never information about you personally, to our partners about how our consumers collectively use radioio. We do this so they can understand how people use their areas and our service in order for them to provide you with the best possible experience as well.

You may disable cookies by modifying your browser preferences. If your browser is configured to reject cookies, you will need to log in every time you access customized features of the radioio.com website, and will be unable to “rate the music” you hear.

Cookies may also be used when you click on advertisements that appear either on the site or the player. radioio does not have access to, nor do we control, the data stored in these cookies. These advertisements are placed through a third party on behalf of the companies that advertise on radioio. Bear in mind that disabling these cookies means we will not benefit from your interest in any of our advertisers’ products or services. It’s these pennies per click that help keep your station healthy and commercial free!

We may specifically ask for information about you when you register as a radioio member-subscriber. We need certain information – such as first name, username, password, email address – in order to provide some features of our service to you. We may also use this information to update you, via email, on new or enhanced products and services. You may opt out of these updates by updating your account information once you are logged in on the site.
We will notify you via e-mail about changes to these privacy policies.
