Why is the payment for my subscription being denied?

With the advent of our new site and billing system we are having issues with some banks not wanting to validate your credit card. We use a $.01 test charge to see if your card is valid. Some banks are not validating the card unless it is $1.00. Please try contacting your bank to see if there is a way around this. We are working on our end to see if we can get this changed. If you have questions please use the contact page to get in touch with us.

I have a Sprint Evo phone and can not access your content.

If you have a Sprint Evo smart phone and are having issues receiving our content on the 3/4G connection but can receive it while on WiFi you will need to contact Sprint Tech Support and let them know of your issue and have them look through their Tech Bulletins. There is an update that they can send to your phone to fix this issue. This is a quick fix for the Sprint Techs.
