Madonna, Sean Penn: Sparks Fly Between Ex-Couple at MDNA Concert Reunion

It seems as though the fire is still alive and well between Madonna and ex-husband Sean Penn. The couple reunited at the pop icon's Oct. 11 MDNA concert in Los Angeles, and concert-goers report sparks were flying between the actor in the front row, and the performer onstage.

"Their chemistry was off the charts," a fellow audience member tells Us Weekly. "Madonna seemed to be performing entirely for Sean. And he was saying things like 'Amazing!' and 'She's so hot!'"
