With the advent of our new site and billing system we are having issues with some banks not wanting to validate your credit card. We use a $.01 test charge to see if your card is valid. Some banks are not validating the card unless it is $1.00. Please try contacting your bank to see if there is a way around this. We are working on our end to see if we can get this changed.
