To upgrade your current subscription with radioio.com Please verify with your account history that can be found under the my account link ( in the upper left hand corner of the page) that you have canceled any currently auto billed subscriptions. Once you have verified this please use the My account link to visit the renew subscription link and choose the new subscription level. Once you have completed this process please let us know at customercare@radioiocom so that we can verify that your upgrade was processed properly.
